Flight Crew

We pride our 66 year history on the experience and dedication of our pilots. We continue to seek out new aviators to join our team. First Air operates a versatile fleet of aircraft comprised of B737, B767 Super Freighter, ATR 42-300, ATR 72, and L 382G Super Hercules supporting an extensive scheduled service complemented by charter flights.

We value training, personal development and encourage career advancement within First Air. While preference will be given to individuals with prior endorsement on our aircraft types, we also encourage diverse flight control experience. As an accredited training organization, First Air can help you achieve your goals through our in-house training centre and programs.

  • 2,000 multi

  • 1,500 or
  • 1,000 F/O with First Air, of which 500 must be on HS-748

First Officer
License Commercial & ATR exams or IATRA
IFR Group 1

  • 1,500, 750 multi or
  • 1,250, 500 multi and one (1) year S/O First Air or
  • 150, 500 multi and two(2) years S/O First Air
