SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:

- Must possess a thorough working knowledge of the Sabre
- Possess a thorough knowledge of passenger check-in and baggage handling
- Must be familiar with all aspects paperwork/documentation for all passenger service functions
- Must be licensed to use radio equipment
- Must be familiar with duties and functions of operations/control
- Must possess strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience in handling passengers with mobility needs
- Must be adept at handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing duties
- Willing to assist in all areas of passenger services
- Willing to work irregular hours of operation and shift work
- Willing to learn weight & balance
- Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Restricted Area Pass in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interested candidates should be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

- Passenger check-in, and baggage handling
- Board and meet flights as assigned
- Assist with daily preparation of flights as assigned
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Handle and account for cash transactions
- Provide assistance in all areas of passenger services including operations/control area
- Other duties as assigned
- No housing provided
